Delta MaritimeManagement Ltd.

Maritime operations · Data · Compliance

Ships run better when the data works for the engineers.

Delta Maritime combines hands-on marine engineering experience with practical data tools. We help bulk carrier and tanker operators reduce unplanned downtime, cut paperwork, and meet fuel and CII targets.

Talk to us What we do

Services

Three places where we make a measurable difference.

Each service starts from the way ships and shore teams actually work, not from a generic software template.

01

Predictive maintenance scheduling

Turn planned maintenance data into schedules that reflect real running hours, condition and spares availability, so work lands in port windows that suit the vessel.

  • Planned maintenance system review and clean-up
  • Running-hour and condition-based scheduling
  • Spare parts planning and lube oil tracking
02

Incident and reporting automation

Reduce the time crews spend on forms and logbooks. We pull information from existing records and produce reports that are consistent, complete and easy to audit.

  • Logbook analysis and exception flagging
  • Incident report drafting and tracking
  • Consistent reporting across the fleet
03

Voyage fuel and CII optimisation

Understand where fuel is going, compare performance against plan, and identify the operational changes that move the CII rating in the right direction.

  • Fuel consumption analysis by voyage and condition
  • CII tracking and compliance planning
  • Annual budgeting support for fuel and maintenance

Who we serve

Owners and operators of bulk carriers and tankers.

We work best with technical superintendents, fleet managers and owners who want clearer information from their existing systems. We are not a software vendor. We bring the engineering knowledge to decide what the data should say, then build the tools to show it.

Bulk carrier operators

Maintenance planning, drydock preparation, and fuel performance across mixed fleets.

Tanker operators

Compliance reporting, machinery reliability, and operational efficiency for demanding trade routes.

Technical and asset managers

Shore-side visibility into vessel condition, spares and budgets without waiting for month-end reports.

About

Built by marine engineers who have worked the machinery.

Delta Maritime was founded by a senior marine engineer with more than 30 years of experience across sea-going and shore-based roles. That background covers machinery repair and maintenance, dynamic positioning systems, drydock and class project management, and fleet maintenance planning.

Our view is simple. Good analysis is only useful if it reaches the people who can act on it, at the time they need it. So we design every tool around the job of the engineer on board and the superintendent ashore.

Our founder is also a PMP-certified project manager and holds a Master of Science in Environment and Management.

How we work

Start small, prove it, then scale.

Every engagement begins with a focused pilot on a real operational problem, so you see results before you commit to anything larger.

Listen

We review how your vessels and office currently report, maintain and spend.

Pilot

A short proof of concept on one clear problem, using your own data.

Measure

We agree the success measures before we start and report against them.

Scale

Roll out across the fleet with training for crews and shore staff.
